Robert Russell TOWRY (PEOPLES) Was the adopted son of Lee Orville Towry. His mother was Cinderella Adkins and Robert was her son from a previous marriage.
When Robert Russell TOWRY (PEOPLES) was born on July 7, 1949, in Wyandotte, Michigan, his father, Lee, was 25 and his mother, Cinderella, was 15.
He married Mary Lou WILLIAMS on March 22, 1969, in his hometown. They had three children during their marriage, Traci Ann Towry, Carrie Ann Towry and Robert T Adkins.
He died from brain cancer on August 23, 1978, in Carleton, Michigan, at the age of 29, and was buried in Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan.
